Does anyone else feel like this summer has flown? We start school in 25 days! I haven't gotten a thing done on My list and as far as my kids go...we've done nothing but PLAY, PLAY, PLAY!
So...any tips on maximizing my last 3 weeks?

It is so crazy how fast that summer went, sad. I love the sweet Birdie pictures, Happy 1st Birdie!
I feel the same. I have a list & I really want it done before school starts. I decided to block off two days a week that are currently free & keep them that way. It's so hard to leave those days alone, but I know if I don't school will start & the list will be left for what, I think the next 3 years!!!
Hope T-Bird had a great b-day. Went to a Peter Breinholt concert last night & he sang a song called "Little Bird" about his kids. I thought of your cute baby. If I can get M to help me put it on our blog I will.
No kidding!!! How did it go by without me noticing. So sad.
It makes me sad. We start on the 18th! I say just relax.
i hear ya! how i love summer and hate to see it coming to an end. boo has a summer packet that we were to work on before her 4th grade year...have we done it each day, like proposed? not even close! oh, dear.
I don't want to send my kids back to school!!! We're having too much fun!!!
My HOUSE needs them to go back - I've totally neglected my housework. OUCH.
for everything there is a season & for summer it is PLAY! I think you did just right thing :) After spending my first winter/school year here I knew summer was going to be 1.outside as much as possible and b. thru z.:PLAY! yay!
the last three weeks before school starts are the worst 3 weeks of the year, in my opinion. I hate the dread of summer ending, school starting, and cold weather coming. HATE IT.
