I'm in for Monday night, unless we do it Saturday at 11ish. I'm running my race on Saturday and Brett is out of town this weekend so I think I deserve a Cafe Rio salad.
I could Saturday 11:00 or later, but not Monday. All the planets have aligned so I can get my hair cut/colored that night(much needed btw) & that is a must do (:
If works out more can do it Monday I'll just have to catch ya next time. Just promise there will be a next time - ok!

Saturday morning I have my niece's dance recital at BYU, so it would depend on which Cafe Rio we chose. Monday night is probably out for me this round, though.
